Client Relationship Manager - London or Amsterdam
An international law firm are looking to enhance their Business Development function with a brand new role covering their client relationship piece. The role will be looking after a variety of the firms top tier clients and will form part of their European CRM team. We are open to the idea of positioning this within their London or Amsterdam offices.
We are hoping to engage with individuals who are either operating within a client relationship role at present or someone who currently covers a sizeable element of these duties within a broader business development role.
Ensure that the platinum client relationships are managed and maintained through best practice and implementing retention initiatives to strengthen the relationships.
- To better coordinate and monitor the firms activates with their key intermediaries.
- Manage the annual client planning review process and providing transparent action points.
- Work with client partners on effective new and existing initiatives to increase revenue.
We feel this is best suited to someone who has either been operating at management level for 1-3 years or possibly an experienced Junior Manager/Senior Executive who has the demonstrable experience to take on a management role.
