Client Relationship Manager - European Lead

A new opportunity is available for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join an established US law firm within their London office. This office, which acts as a hub to EMEA is looking to establish their first Client Relationship Manager into their office where you will be responsible for playing a lead role in building a European client programme for the firms major key clients.

Within the role you will be expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance to partners and the various regional stakeholders in order to coordinate effective infrastructure and processes to deliver on their individual client care programs. The role will work closely with the Global Client Relationship Director based in Washington and with the London based Business Development Director and supporting team.

A summary of key responsibilities for the role include;

• To work in tandem with senior relationship partners to implement client retention plans, whilst developing initiatives to further enhance potential revenues from existing and new clients to the business.
• Develop client relationship mechanisms to include central thought leadership campaigns to enhance the brand and levels of client engagement.
• Produce and coordinate client focused insight utilising internal and external research alongside knowledge gained from the client listening program.
• Implement and enhance best practice across the geographic regions in relation to CRM providing adhoc support and insight to fee earners across the business.

This opportunity is ideal if you have a thorough and demonstrable understanding of managing client relationships within the professional services environment, ideally coming from another law firm however I am open to considering individuals from wider professional services.

Senior business development professionals who have a large amount of client relationship work in their current roles may also be interested in this opportunity especially if you are looking to specialise down the client relationship route.

This role is permanent and based in the City of London with very good access to central transport links, mainly within Waterloo and Charing Cross stations mainline stations.
