Client Relationship Manager
Working across clients which include Corporate and Real Estate, this is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow this key account programme which is in it's fairly early stages of development. Working closely with the BD Director and client Partners this role will see you lead, develop and educate the firm's key stakeholders in embracing the programme. Working across key accounts, client feedback and also utilising the CRM software this is a broad role which you can truly make your own.
The ideal candidate must have:
-Experience working across client relationship management either within an established programme where you have developed your own key accounts or been involved in the effective implementation of a new key account programme
-Law firm experience, which will be highly favoured
-The ambition, tact and gravitas to effectively develop and shape a new way of working, able to work effectively with stakeholders and generating buy in
