Client Relationship Manager

We are working with a highly innovative and industry leading legal services provider to bring in a client relationship focused professional. The role is a unique offering within the legal market & will suit someone with a track record of CRM management.


A key indicator to show is your overall client relationships skills, whilst you will have a platform of current clients to manage you will also be expected to identify new revenue streams by conducting thorough market analysis and research. You will need to demonstrate a track record of CRM management & the ability to nurture and build longstanding business relations.


The role operates across a wide variety of sector areas including;
-Corporate
-TMT
-IP
-Banking & FS
-Real Estate


Where this role is different to the traditional legal setup, is that you will be the main contact point for the clients in all external communications and be responsible for driving new revenue streams as opposed to the lawyers, as such we will be looking for you to show a confidence and passion for the external facing aspect of CRM.


As this role is a move away from traditional BD roles within legal we are very open to looking at candidates from a wider professional services/corporate background, but you will need to demonstrate a keen interest in the legal sector to enjoy and succeed in the role.
