Client Relationship Manager

A leading international heavyweight law firm is recruiting an additional Client Relationship Manager to join their renowned Client Relationship team. Working with some of the best in industry, this client relationship team work seamlessly with their international partners and BD teams to deliver innovative, effective consultation around client engagement and development. The primary objectives of this role are to drive revenue and profitability from your key clients, deliver key client business development plans and delivering excellent client service.

You must have:

• experience of working in a client relationship position where internal, international stakeholder engagement is critical to the success of your role
• experience of working across a small handful of large, high value, complex international accounts
• an ability to report and interpret client data and revenues, able to effectively spot trends, cross-selling opportunities and action improvements
• a solid understanding of how to develop key accounts, able to identify opportunities and utilize marketing, BD, and CRM systems to maximize client engagement
