Client Care Manager

A new role for a Client Care Manager is now available at one of the UK's top accountancy firms. The role is within the Business Development and Marketing team and will involve managing, implementing and expanding the firm's client care programme. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and will be working to further the value of the firm's client care strategy.

The main responsibilities and duties of the role will include:

Managing the firm-wide client care programme, obtaining client feedback and acting on the results
Establishing personal budget and key performance indicators to measure and track return on investment and participation
Working with the Database Manager to fully utilise the firms CRM system to support client care
Working collaboratively with other members of the team to identify and develop cross-selling opportunities
Presenting recommendations to partners and teams for action and improvement based on the feedback received
Assessing campaign success and inform future marketing activity

To be the successful candidate for this Client Care Manager role then you should have proven experience of delivering a firm-wide client care programme, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication, persuasion and motivational skills. If you have strong IT skills, excellent writing skills and have a developed commercial acumen, then you could be suitable for this role.
