Business Development Manager
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Developing and implementing a business growth strategy incorporating cross-business and individual business unit key growth areas
*Attracting new clients and projects
*Linking and participating in national campaigns and activity
*Providing client management to support key clients
*Pro-actively writing and managing strategic or high value bids
*Being responsible for budget expenditure
*Promoting the business in the market through attendance at industry events
*Producing external comms including blogs, newsletter articles and digital presentations and publishing on digital and social media
Experience in a property or professional services environment is a vital requirement for the successful candidate. A large part of this role will also be working on end to end bids/pitches, so a background in the bids space would also be desirable. If you also have the ability to build effective professional relationships, have excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills, and have excellent management and team motivations skills then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!
