Business Development and Marketing Assistant

A well-established successful law firm have opened an exciting opportunity on an 8-month basis for you to join their popular London office as a Business Development Assistant working closely with other BD assistants and executives as well as BD managers and delivering all aspects of the marketing mix. You will be a part of the BD and marketing department and helping out on all aspects to ensure that the teams are all working towards the firm's strategic plans. This is a really good chance to work for one of the top law firms which will have a great effect on you for their reputation and kick start your career in an employee focused environment.
What your day will consist of:
- broad support for the Global Law Firm conference - list preparation, project management of agenda priorities, "on the day" execution etc
- project management and drafting of the EEAI related directory, awards and league table submission process
- general support on client roadshows, events and seminars - e.g. invitation and itinerary preparation etc
- Participate in ad hoc projects as part of the EEAI marketing team
- Liaise with global marketing teams to answer ad hoc queries
