For this Billing Assistant role you will be responsible for the completion of all aspects of the billing and collection function. This involves preparing high quality client invoices and following up once they have been sent, managing outstanding accounts receivable, preparing billing packages for partners and E-Billing. You will be working with the Billing Supervisor and Senior Billing Assistants in order to administer their billing responsibilities, therefore multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise tasks is essential.
Training will be provided but a year's previous billing experience is required. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to work within a team as well as independently, and be able to quickly adapt to new assignments.
