Billing and Revenue Assistant
This is a busy and demanding role and you will be part of a close knit well established team of 10. You will be the main point of contact for one or more practice areas within the firm and must maintain and develop customer relationships. The role also requires you to:
*Deal with all aspects of the processing of bills/e-bills.
*Ensure all bills issued include all required information and have been authorised in accordance.
*Prepare, process and upload electronic invoices to clients.
*Create and format time reports in Excel.
*Process WIP transfers and write offs.
*Assist senior Credit Controller in chasing outstanding amounts.
*Train new team members.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an accounts department ideally within a Law Firm and have knowledge on Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and e-billing systems. You will be determined, organised, flexible, have high attention to detail and work proactively as part of a team.
