Bids Coordinator and Designer

A leading consultancy firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for an engaged, enthusiastic and eager to learn junior candidate for a Proposals Coordinator role. This role is a mix between supporting with the bids process and assisting with the design elements.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

- Help co-ordinate all aspects of proposal writing and production
- Support the design process of marketing material (using InDesign)
- Sense check and proof read all proposals before they are submitted client design requirements
- Copy writing, editing, research and analysis to produce marketing documents such as white papers, infographics, fact sheets and social media content
- Work closely with the Creative and Design Manager to produce high quality documents
- Support clients in regards to the proposal management process following submission

For this role it is essential that you have experience of using InDesign and have strong organisational skills. This company is looking for a confident and approachable individual with a mix of creativity and efficiency.
