Bid Manager - Global Law firm
Reporting to the Head of BD you will be seen as the trusted advisor and have support from a Bids Assistant.
Duties will include;
To manage and develop tools, processes and training to improve new business acquisition and to implement robust pitch processes across the firm.
To manage all significant multi-practice and cross-border pitches and panel proposals, liaising closely with partners and BD colleagues in other departments and countries.
In agreement with lead client partners, proactively to develop proposals to win new business from organisations in our Global Key Client Programme.
To roll out and implement a programme of post-pitch feedback
You will be championing the bids tools and managing a Bids Assistant.
The successful candidate will have worked within professional services and have a proven track record of running successful bids. You will have first class attention to detail and be able to influence decision makers within the firm.
