Bid Manager

An award-winning and established Construction Consultancy are looking to recruit a Bid Manager for their busy marketing department within the firms London office. The aim of this position is for you to support the infrastructure division and work with the Director to take charge of bidding across the UK. They have recently refreshed the approach of their bid team and as a result of this have had huge success. This is a permanent position based in London and available right now!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with bid teams to confirm bid win strategy and ensure proposal quality
  • Coach pitch teams to determine best presentation structure and impactful delivery
  • Lead bid profile raising activity including publicising new wins and successes
  • Work closely with the Head of UK Infrastructure and Head of Markets, to ensure the provision of accurate and timely bid conversion reports nationally.

For your profile to be successful you will have a strong professional services background (built environment desired) and extensive senior stakeholder management skills. It's essential to have previously held Bid Manager roles and be working at an experienced manager level. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and have a pro-active mindset. It's important that you are able to support a rapidly growing business and can adapt to change.
