BD Manager - Restructuring

Are you looking to work within Business Development for a leading international law firm? Would you like to work closely with 11 partners - advising on all their business and client needs? Are you knowledgeable about restructuring or banking or would you love to work in this area of expertise?

You will report straight to the Head of BD for the banking practice area and provide business planning, drafting and reporting on the marketing plan. You'll manage the budget and be highly focused on the key client programme for the major restructuring clients. The individual will also have responsibility for marketing communications and business development; developing original approaches to generate new marketing communications initiatives, overseeing the organisation of events and advise in the Restructuring pitching process.

This is an important role and key to being successful will be your ability to motivate and win hearts and minds within the team and fee-earners you work with in order to deliver business goals.
