BD Manager - Interior Design

An exciting opportunity is available for a business development manager to work for this award winning interior design and architecture firm. Based in Dubai and newly launched in the UK, you will be working closely with the founder and Operations Director to grow their London presence, building new business relationships and establishing this boutique firm in the London market.

In this role you will be working across high net-worth residential, retail, hospitality and entertainment sectors. You will be building on existing relationships and referrals as well as targeted, new approaches. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to truly see the impact of your work and actively grow an exciting business.

This design agency is award winning, known for particularly stunning, high end interior design and architecture across a diverse client range. There is huge scope to generate business and you will need to have a highly consultative approach, able to understand the client's needs, building trust and long term relationships. You will have need to have the experience and capability to create bespoke marketing collateral to support your business development efforts.

This role will have a base salary with the opportunity to earn profit share.

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• a genuine passion for interior design
• excellent business development experience, having worked in an architecture, interior design or property consultancy previously
• a highly consultative approach
• a self-starter with excellent relationship building skills
• good marketing skills including writing and creating marketing collateral
