BD Coordinator - £40,000

A top US law firm are keen to hire a Business Development Coordinator to join in either the firms London or Brussels office on a permanent basis. In this role you will be based in the Marketing department with frequent access to work with the Business Development department too. You will be working with the Managers of both departments and the rest of the team to support the European offices future client plans. What you'll be doing:

• You will assist the Business Development and Marketing Managers and/or lawyers in the preparation of proposals and pitches, through formal RFP response processes as well as on an ad hoc basis for new business opportunities.
• You will also ensure that all marketing collateral, experience lists, and communications are consistent and up to date.
• You will also be working with a variety of practices in order to prepare and coordinate the yearly reports and awards for the industry survey submissions we complete.
• Works with the Business Development and Marketing Managers to ensure the teams are using the technology and other resources are used efficiently.

Previous experience within a BD role across professional services is essential in order to be considered for this role.
