As the BD Administrator you will be required to:
*Co-ordinating chasers for deadline of business development plans, budgets and other key strategic documents/papers.
*Creating folder system to collate all key business development and management related document on behalf of the pillars.
*Creating and managing document library for all external research reports and information management reports.
*Creating and managing document libraries to organise marketing material.
*Liaising with Finance to ensure regular reports on budget spend are provided to the BDMPs, Sub-sector heads and BDMs as appropriate
*Booking hotels, travel, claiming back expenses for those involved in key overseas BD activity
*Confirm numbers, dietary requirements and organises timings with catering. Room booking and set up with facilities.
*Supporting the fee earners with presentation formatting
*Ensuring all relevant fee earners have added their contacts to the list, and the list is correct and final when sending to Marketing to send out any e-vites.
*Working with the fee earners and BDM to ensure InterAction list is correct and finalised before going to marketing.
To be successful in this role required you have a qualified to GCSE standard, grade C (or equivalent) at Mathematics and English. You will need to be confident, good at managing multiple skills and have good interpersonal skills as well as being organised. You will need to have strong communication skills, both orally and written.
