Transaction Services Partner

I am working with a top 15 Accountancy firm is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Transaction Services Partner to lead and grow our national TS offering. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, ambitious firm at a senior level, with the autonomy to shape strategy, build client relationships, and drive growth.

About the Role:

As a TS Partner, you will:

• Lead and expand our Transaction Services practice, with a focus on mid-market deals.
• Deliver high-quality financial due diligence and deal advisory services to private equity, corporate, and entrepreneurial clients.
• Act as a work-winner, developing new business and nurturing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisory and Debt Advisory teams to offer integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and progression.

What they are looking For:

• Proven experience in financial due diligence, ideally within a top 10 firm or boutique advisory.
• Strong track record of winning and delivering deals across sectors.
• Ability to lead complex engagements, manage stakeholders, and present strategic insights.
• ACA qualified (or equivalent), with deep technical and commercial acumen.
• A growth mindset - hungry for progression, not cruising to retirement.
• Open to junior partners with the right ambition and capability.
