• Client facing - regular meetings with candidates and clients over coffees, lunches, and networking events

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging top talent across legal BD, marketing & communications
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting candidates through entire recruitment process, from initial role briefing right through to offer
• Attending client meetings, candidate catchups, and industry events
• Learning the ropes from some of the best in the business

What We're Looking For

• A confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
• Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a bonus, but not essential
