Senior Transformation Manager (FTC)

A leading global law firm is seeking a highly experienced Change Management Specialist to lead a strategic digital transformation programme. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to drive operational change across global teams, focusing on the implementation of a new digital workplace solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a firmwide digital content platform transformation.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, legal professionals, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Oversee project governance, risk and issue management, and performance tracking.

Essential Requirements:

• Law firm experience is preferred - candidates must be able to hit the ground running.
• Proven track record in leading transformation and change programmes within legal or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with gravitas at senior leadership level.
• Experience with AI and GenAI implementation is highly desirable.
