Senior e-billing administrator

I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that I'm partnering with an acclaimed international law firm to spearhead their hunt for a Senior E-billing Coordinator. This pivotal role is nestled in the heart of their London office and embraces a dynamic hybrid working model, balancing 3 days on-site with 2 days working from home.

The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the e-Billing Operations Supervisor, ensuring that the daily orchestration of tasks and workflows runs like clockwork. This is a role that will challenge your leadership qualities, your customer service ethos, and your problem-solving prowess.

Key responsibilities cover allocating work to the local e-Billing team day-to-day, supervising junior members through proactive training, meticulously documenting e-Billing processes, and acting as the resident e-Billing wizard. You also are involved into small project teams and tackle the complex labyrinth of high-level electronic billing issues head-on.

But that's not all - this role includes:
- Driving team projects to the finish line.
- Training and motivating e-Billing Staff.
- Timely invoice submissions and the deft handling of intricate invoicing predicaments.
- A vigilant eye ensuring we're in lockstep with client and vendor e-Billing standards.
- Smoothly managing rate submissions and adapting rates between Aderant and client billing systems.
- Becoming the go-to person for all things e-Billing setup, documentation, and user support.
- Fostering a bridge between the Pricing Team and Billing Staff for fee and disbursement processes.
