What You'll Be Doing as the Senior Commercial Analyst:

• Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for designated practice areas.
• Provide insightful performance analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse profitability at matter, client, and partner levels, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver advanced ad hoc financial analysis to support business performance reviews.
• Mentor associates and newly qualified lawyers on profitability and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven business partnering experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong Excel and data modelling skills.
• A background in accounting or a relevant qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
