Role Highlights

  • Trailblazing Leadership: The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative business development strategies for Corporate Transactions & Advisory, Financial Institutions M&A, Antitrust, Tech/Digital, and Intellectual Property.
  • Impactful Management: This role involves guiding a high-performing team to achieve market-leading activities and fostering deep, lasting relationships with major corporate clients globally.
  • Collaborative Influence: The Senior Manager will work closely with top executives and senior managers to shape the future of the firm's corporate practice and influence business development initiatives across the organisation.
  • Market Profile Enhancement: They will collaborate with Brand Communications & Marketing to elevate the firm's market presence and drive client engagement through flagship events and cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Oversee client and marketing strategies for key groups, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and maximising client relationships.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Lead significant proposals, champion cross-product collaboration, and enhance client outreach efforts.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in client engagement and market positioning.
  • Innovation & Integration: Guide new hires, leverage client insights, and promote a feedback-rich environment to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Required Experience

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in business development within professional services, with a proven track record in creating successful marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Dynamic Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with market analysis platforms.
