We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded BD & Marketing leader to support a top-tier firm's Birmingham EPIC and Real Estate teams. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape business development strategy, drive campaigns, strengthen client relationships, and work with senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe.

The Role:

• Lead business development and marketing strategy for EPIC and Real Estate teams.

• Develop campaigns, pitches, client events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and international teams to deliver growth and increase market profile.

• Support lawyers with account planning, client targeting, and BD skills development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced BD & Marketing professional (in professional services, law firm preferred).

• Strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder skills.

• Confident building relationships and influencing senior clients and partners.

• Digitally savvy with experience in campaigns, social media, and client communications.
