Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive - Milan

An international law firm with a strong European presence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their Milan office. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business development and marketing initiatives across multiple jurisdictions including Geneva, Zurich, Paris, and Luxembourg.

This position offers a broad and strategic remit, supporting senior stakeholders across Europe. You'll be instrumental in:

• Implementing business development plans and contributing to strategic planning and budgeting.
• Preparing pitches and proposals, coordinating events, and managing marketing materials.
• Leading legal directory and award submissions, and supporting PR and sponsorship activities.
• Maintaining web content and newsletters, and analysing BD activity against objectives.
• Collaborating with international colleagues and occasionally travelling across European offices.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Proactive, confident, and highly organised.
• Experienced in professional services, ideally within a legal or consultancy environment.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills in French and/or German preferred.
• Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
