Membership Support Executive

I am working with a global accountancy and consultancy firm that is looking for a Membership Support Executive to join their team. In this newly created role, you'll play a pivotal role within the firm. Your responsibilities will span across marketing, events, and general administration. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll provide essential support, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a membership network or professional services firm, will be advantageous.


This is a full-time/ permanent role, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days at their London office and 2 from home), plus benefits like season ticket loans, life assurance, private medical insurance, and a pension plan.

  • Assisting the senior executive in organising and managing events.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Collaborating with appointed chairpersons to organise tasks and assignments.
  • Participating in meetings and ensuring timely preparation and distribution of materials.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, reports, and relevant materials.
  • Conducting research and developing recommendations for group consideration
  • Maintaining accurate records of firm members.
  • Monitoring member compliance with established standards.
  • Conducting surveys, analysing results, and preparing recommendations.
  • Responding promptly to member communications.
  • Formatting and proofreading publications for distribution.
  • Assisting with marketing activities as needed.
