Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead insight-driven, multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Own the firm-wide content calendar and guide thought leadership initiatives.
- Use market research and analytics to inform messaging and campaign performance.
Digital & Data
- Define and lead the digital marketing strategy, supported by a Digital Marketing Executive.
- Drive SEO, paid media, and social media engagement.
- Oversee website strategy and lead a major website replacement project.
- Champion digital innovation and capability-building across the firm.
Collaboration & People Management
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with firm-wide initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver training programmes on LinkedIn, employee advocacy, and digital best practices.
Governance & Brand Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activity adheres to brand, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Work closely with risk, IT, and cyber teams to maintain consistency and integrity.
What's needed:
- Proven marketing experience gained within legal or professional services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing external agencies and mentoring team members.
