Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead insight-driven, multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Own the firm-wide content calendar and guide thought leadership initiatives.
• Use market research and analytics to inform messaging and campaign performance.

Digital & Data

• Define and lead the digital marketing strategy, supported by a Digital Marketing Executive.
• Drive SEO, paid media, and social media engagement.
• Oversee website strategy and lead a major website replacement project.
• Champion digital innovation and capability-building across the firm.

Collaboration & People Management

• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with firm-wide initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver training programmes on LinkedIn, employee advocacy, and digital best practices.

Governance & Brand Compliance

• Ensure all marketing activity adheres to brand, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Work closely with risk, IT, and cyber teams to maintain consistency and integrity.

What's needed:

• Proven marketing experience gained within legal or professional services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and mentoring team members.
