Knowledge Manager
A top property firm based in central London are looking for a Knowledge Manger to support the Head of Research and the wider business. This is an essential role in this business which will not only provide information for their clients, but also for business generation.
Responsibilities:
- Improving the firms access to information
- Increasing efficiency and speed of service to clients
- Ensuring smooth running of all operations and functions
- Managing relationships with data suppliers
- Promoting sharing between teams, and provide information for campaigns when required
- Make existing knowledge more accessible and assess ways to improve linkages between datasets
- Identify gaps in our current knowledge provision
- Monitor potential new sources of knowledge
- Provide day-to-day advice on the firm's information sources
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a knowledge management or information management role
- Professional services experience would be highly desirable
- Good understanding of technology available - Business Intelligence tools etc..
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues across all business lines and seniority
- Solid business acumen
