Junior Accountant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Accountant / Assistant Accountant to work for a Global Real Estate firm. Full Study support will be given.
You will be responsible for accounting & monthly reporting for numerous segregated account clients, in agreement with SLAs.
The Junior Accountant / Assistant Accountant will also be liaising with fund administrators and custodians as well as doing performance analysis & measurement of investments, client accounts and fund vehicles.
You will also be contacting underlying fund administrators to obtain up-to-date prices.
Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and making sure everything is Compliant with internal controls.
The firm is looking for a Graduate - preferably with a relevant Finance/Accounting degree.
Good problem solving skills, team player, excellent attention to detail, and an analytical approach are essential
You are proactive and able to organise your own work and schedule, with ability to meet deadlines. You must have 1-2 years relevant workplace experience desirable, preferably some investment background. You will also need to be Part qualified ACCA or CIMA preferred, ideally early stage studier.
