This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver internal communications that drive strategic alignment, employee engagement, and cultural cohesion across a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver strategic communication plans across multiple channels - from digital content and intranet articles to live events and presentations.
• Partner with HR and other departments to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in messaging.
• Create compelling content that reflects the firm's strategy, culture, and expertise.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Partner with HR and leadership to communicate people initiatives, change programmes, and strategic updates.
• Manage internal campaigns and events, including town halls and leadership briefings, with full comms support.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate communications effectiveness, using data and feedback to refine strategies and improve impact.
• Oversee internal channels, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with the firm's tone and values.

What's needed:

• Proven experience in internal communications within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management capabilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
