Internal Communications Manager

We are delighted to be engaged on an Internal Communications vacancy for on the worlds leading Legal brands, the role will sit within the central communications team and play a pivotal role in conveying the firms message helping to drive internal engagement across the business areas. We will be looking for someone to have a prior track record in internal communications, ideally from within professional services or communications agency side.

Key duties of the role to be undertaken include;

  • Take charge in ensuring that all of the firm's internal communications are on brand and delivered in an engaging manner.
  • Build strong internal relationships with senior stakeholders and partners to aid how messages will be conveyed and received.
  • Work closely with the individuals in the diversity and inclusion function, creating a strong message around the firm's commitment to this area and ensure this is actively promoted.
  • Continue to review internal communications best practice across the business, recommending adjustments and improvements, as necessary.

The role will be the most senior Internal Communications professional at the firm & whilst it won't have direct line management it will be seen as a key management level hire. We would encourage individuals who are currently operating at management level plus individuals who are seeking that first step in their career to reach out to discuss further.
