European Bid Manager

An established US law firm have an exciting newly created role to setup their bids function, working alongside the Director and other Senior Managers within the wider BD team. The role will work across a variety of practice areas, giving depth and variation to the role on a daily basis. As you will know these types of start-up roles don't come across very often so in our opinion this opportunity is perfectly presented to a seasoned bid manager looking to take on a new challenge.

The team itself are incredibly collaborative and continuing to expand their European market presence from an established London base. Whilst the role will most likely start remotely, we also understand the firm will have some flexibility on working patter once we are able to return to the office.

Responsibilities will include;

* Manage the bids process across the firm working with the wider BD team, presenting tailored proposal documents to a variety of tender opportunities.

* Being the point of contact with clients across various industries, you will be expected to obtain feedback to aid the development of best practice for the bid team.

* Working with the wider BD team and providing support on projects and campaigns you will also work with individual sector BD teams on tailored panel pitches.

*Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas for the business.

We are keen to discuss this role with individuals currently working within the Legal sector or wider professional services, individuals who have experience within the 'Big 4' or management consultancy sector would be particularly interesting.
