NEW Elite 3e Project Manager role 18 month FTC now available at Top 50 UK Law Firm supporting them with their upgrade project of Elite 3e.
The role is to project manage and deliver the upgrade of the Elite 3E accounting system including the implementation of 3E Bill Templates, ensuring that any software applications integrating with Elite 3E are also fully functional on delivery of the 3E upgrade.
The role involves the management of both internal individuals / teams and external consultants, whilst maintaining quality standards and strictly adhering to the agreed project budgets and delivery timeframes.
This position also requires strong technical, organisation, administration and analytical skills together with close attention to detail. The job holder needs strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders and senior members of the management team.
Project Phases:
Phase 1:
Manage the delivery of the key tasks identified below in respect of the pre-planning stage of both the 3E Bill Templates implementation and the Elite 3E upgrade within the agreed time frame.
Phase 2:
Manage the implementation and delivery of the 3E Bill Templates implementation project on time and on budget.
Phase 3:
Manage the implementation and delivery of the Elite 3E upgrade on time and on budget.
Manage the successful transition of all software applications that currently integrate with Elite 3E and ensure that they are fully functional with the upgraded version of Elite 3E.
To be successful in your application you will need to have:
Experience in a project manager role, delivering finance systems implementations / upgrades
Delivering bill template conversions ideally within Elite 3E templates
A good knowledge of Elite 3E is preferred but will consider wider finance practice management systems within time billing platforms
Experience in Project Managing the delivery of other finance systems implementations and upgrades involving software applications such as Intapp-open / time, Chrome River, Cognos TM1 and Elite Data Insights with a good knowledge of how these platforms integrate with Elite 3E is preferable.
Experience in managing third party suppliers and external consultants.
Proven track record of strong leadership skills in dealing with senior management and project personnel including third parties.
