I am looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a dynamic legal tech startup, where you will be pivotal in ensuring top 100 law firms remain satisfied and engaged with their platforms. Your role will involve utilising your exceptional presentation skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, and dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value they receive from legaltech platforms. Here's what you'll be doing:

Client Management ๐Ÿ‘ฅ:

Be the primary point of contact for your assigned client law firms.

Build strong relationships and understand each team's unique needs.

Demo Superstar ๐Ÿ‘‘:

Masterfully showcase the benefits of Avail Title to Partners, Paralegals, and everyone in between.

Make tech enjoyable for clients.

Onboarding & Support ๐Ÿง‘โš•:

Be there for clients from day one.

Provide lightning-fast responses to their needs.

Data Analysis ๐Ÿ”Ž:

Dive into data to enhance the client experience.

Identify areas for additional value.

Retention and Milestones ๐Ÿ”Ž:

Maintain retention and growth goals across your client base.

Client Advocacy ๐Ÿ“ฃ:

Champion improvements across our product suite.

Filter and relay valuable feedback to the Product team.
