CRM Executive Temp

The firm that savours success and champions innovation is looking for a CRM Executive to join on a temporary position to help deliver their client relationship intelligence, which will support both the lawyers and business development team. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and feel comfortable working with people of all seniority levels. Candidates must have knowledge of Interaction.

As a CRM Executive, you will be involved in a number of exciting projects including:

• Provide one-on-one and group training for lawyers to use InterAction.
• Work on all aspects of database administration.
• Helping to identify and target relevant contacts.
• Identifying data threats.
• Conducting company and market research.

To be considered for the role the following is required:

• Experience in InterAction Windows/Web client and Admin tools.
• Experience working with data.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
