CRM Executive

I'm working with a leading European firm in their search for a CRM Executive to join the Marketing & Business Development team on a permanent basis, this role can be either full or part time.

The firm offers a positive culture and structure with a strong ethos on teamwork and individual initiative. This is an opportunity for a data marketing enthusiast to take on an executive role in a small, busy marketing and business development team. The firm's team consists of three people - one Marketing Assistant, one Senior Marketing and BD Executive, and the Head of Marketing and BD.

Key Responsbilities

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of data within the firm's CRM system, 'InterAction' including data quality management (data stewarding) and user support.
  • You will be proactively contributing ideas to help streamline CRM practices and data quality efforts.
  • Reporting/Exporting searches in InterAction to help inform business development activity.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of expeirence within InterAction from a professional services or law firm.
  • Highly organised and able to cope with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
  • Power BI reporting skills an advantage.
