We are delighted to be working with a top advisory firm to find an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance team in London.
This opportunity will focus on 3 key sub-teams within the Corporate Finance department; M&A lead advisory, debt advisory and valuations.
With regards to M&A lead advisory work you will be responsible for preparing pitch books, drafting IM's, implementing buyer research and preparing transactional marketing materials.
The debt advisory exposure you will gain includes, working on credit processing documents, general process overview and being a key part of deal execution.
From a valuations perspective you will gain exposure to a wide range of valuations methodologies and help with the benchmarking and analysis of companies via valuing companies assets and investments for a range of different purposes.
This is a rare role where you can gain a wide breadth of Corporate Finance advisory experience with the potential of specialising in one specific team further as you progress your career.
