Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

We are proud to be partnering with a top advisory firm to actively source an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance M&A team. This role is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to make an exciting move into corporate finance.

In this role you will be involved in the full M&A lifecycle, from pitch to completion. You will be building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, providing a great opportunity to grow your network and expand your skills. You will gain exposure to a variety of sectors across the mid-market space. Further responsibilities include financial modelling, drafting IM's and preparing pitch presentations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in a professional services firm
• An active interest in Corporate Finance
