Corporate Finance Assistant Manager
One of the most highly decorated UK M&A deal advisors are out in the market seeking to hire an M&A Assistant Manager to sit in one of their regional offices located in Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Buckinghamshire.
Our client has won countless industry awards for their M&A work across the UK and have a reputation for delivering first class advise on an array of deals for public and private companies, owner managed businesses and private equity houses.
As an Assistant Manager in the M&A lead advisory team, you will act as a trusted business advisor to clients by working with the Partners and Directors to successful execute deals through from pitch to completion. The transactions are sector broad and range in deal value although typically you will transact on deals up to £100m-£250m.
You will owe your own work by living and breathing the full project lifecycle while also ensuring that you work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver maximum service and results for the client.
The minimum criteria for this role:
- You hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CFA)
- Gained experience within a professional services environment or advisory house.
- Prior deal experience is advantageous but bright and ambitions professionals from other general practice service lines will be strongly considered.
- Commercial, driven, and respectful.
