PART TIME COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT
Are you an experienced legal PA looking for a change on a part time basis? Well this top firm based in new office are looking for a knowledgeable legal secretary to join their Co Sec team. Based within their high profile Corporate team this role will see you moving away from a typical fee earning legal PA role to a role that will see you dealing their Company Secretarial work and the administration relating to annual returns, shareholder reports, company incorporation as well as administration and support for the board meetings, minutes and papers. A great opportunity to put your strong PA skills to use but to also learn a new skills.
Previous Company Secretarial experience isn't essential but if you are an experienced legal PA and you would love the flexibility of a part time role then I'd be keen to hear from you
