Business Development Manager (sales)
I am working with a leading consultancy that help their clients unlock opportunity and deliver business impact.
They are currently looking for a positive, energetic, and ambitious induvial to join their growing New Business team.
Joining as a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve probability and help the business grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual wishing to accelerate their career by joining an exciting, forward thinking, and innovative consultancy. You will have lots of opportunity to work across a range of sectors from sports to tech, fashion ,FMCG and everything in between.
You will be responsible for prospecting new leads , arranging and leading new business meetings, leading proposals, and pitches, negotiating and closing sales and onboarding new clients. You will also work very closely with their marketing team and other areas of the business to develop ideas for content and initiatives.
Experience to be considered:
- Be a self-motivated and ambitious induvial with the desire to exceed sales targets.
- Have experience in researching and identifying new business opportunities
- A strategic approach - the ability to " see the bigger picture"
- Experience in lead generation and making approaches to new prospective clients
- Minimum of 2 years sales (b2b) experience, including - closing the sale and managing the sales pipeline
- Experience in leading pitches
- Experience in writing proposals would be highly desirable.
