Are you a dynamic Business Development professional looking for a thrilling opportunity with a forward-thinking, technology-driven law firm? We are on the hunt for a talented individual to lead and support the BD and marketing activities, aligning with the innovative firmwide strategy.

The Role: As a Business Development Manager for the Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance, and Employment (LAIE) practice, you will be at the heart of the global group. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to target potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Staying ahead of industry developments, legislation, and regulations to provide insightful BD recommendations.
• Crafting engaging pitch documents and presentations to strengthen client relationships.
• Leveraging networking opportunities to enhance BD knowledge and promote the strategy, brand, and services.
• Coordinating and hosting impactful events, seminars, webinars, and social gatherings.
• Designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant Business Development and/or Marketing experience within a law firm environment.
• Proven track record in pitches/proposals, practice group and sector marketing, client targeting, campaign planning and execution, and event management.
• Experience in writing persuasive legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers and Legal 500).
• Ability to develop deep knowledge of BD specialism and support firm strategy delivery.
• Strong written and numerical skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proactive, can-do approach with excellent prioritization skills.
• Focus on process improvement and identifying areas for adaptation/automation.
