Business Development Manager - Disputes
We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious US law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager to support their high-performing Disputes practice in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally integrated team at a pivotal time in the firm's growth as they develop their BD efforts in London which will position them as a leader in complex disputes across key markets.
The successful candidate will play a central role in driving strategic business development initiatives across the London Disputes group. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead campaigns, client engagement, and profile-raising activities, contributing to the firm's reputation as a trusted adviser and thought leader in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and credentials for the London Disputes practice
- Manage client events and sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and partner coaching.
- Oversee legal directory submissions and multijurisdictional rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through strategic market analysis.
- Support client relationship management and targeting efforts in collaboration with partners and the CRM team.
- Drive BD strategy and planning for the eDiscovery team, ensuring alignment with broader firm initiatives.
