You'll be the driving force behind business growth plans, spotting opportunities and bringing creative ideas to life, from high impact thought leadership campaigns to winning major bids. You'll work with a collaborative centralised BD team that's trusted to bring real insight, commercial acumen and energy to every project.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with sector leaders to deliver strategic growth plans

  • Managing and developing key client relationships in the Financial Services sector

  • Leading on bids for major sector opportunities

  • Driving cross selling initiatives and connecting opportunities across the firm

  • Turning market insights and sector trends into actionable high value campaigns

  • Championing the firm's brand and ensuring it stands out in a competitive market

What we're looking for:

  • Proven BD experience in a professional services or partnership environment

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities

  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and bring people together

  • Ideally an understanding of the Financial Services sector, but above all curiosity and a hunger to learn
