A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support their Disputes practice, including International Arbitration, Public International Law, and Construction & Infrastructure Disputes. This strategic role also includes global responsibilities and client relationship management for a key account.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BD plans aligned with practice and global strategy
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and directory submissions
  • Manage client relationship activity and targeting initiatives
  • Drive profile-raising campaigns and thought leadership
  • Collaborate across global BD teams and practice groups
  • Mentor junior team members and manage BD systems and budgets

About You

  • 5+ years' BD/marketing experience in professional services (disputes/law firm preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms beneficial
