About the Role: Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role acts as the primary point of contact for their Alternative Investment Practice, Financial Restructuring Group, and Transportation & Space teams. You will support these market-leading practices in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and implement marketing plans, monitor progress, and refine as needed.
- Manage client and prospect targeting lists, compile data, and run reports.
- Provide end-to-end support for RFPs, pitches, and proposals.
- Draft and distribute high-quality marketing materials, client presentations, and external communications.
- Collaborate with the PR team to leverage social media and other channels for campaigns and client work.
- Organize large-scale client events and thought leadership programs.
- Write and manage annual directory/award submissions to enhance practice group rankings.
- Identify opportunities for client development and new business.
- Maintain best practices for deal collection, experience management, and CRM tools.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends.
About You:
- Degree level education with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter committed to excellence in client service delivery.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and respond quickly to requests.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
