I'm working with a global law firm to recruit an experienced BD Manager to lead on business development for their market-leading Debt Finance practice. This is a strategic, visible role in a high-performing and well-supported team.

The Role
* Own and drive the BD strategy for Debt Finance across multiple product lines
* Lead on pitches, client targeting and profile-raising initiatives
* Advise senior partners and manage cross-border campaigns
* Support key client accounts and firmwide private credit initiatives

The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a BD Manager in legal or professional services
* Strong understanding of finance or transactional practice groups
* Confident working with senior stakeholders on strategic projects
* Commercial, proactive and used to operating in a fast-paced environment
