Business Development Manager - Education & Not-for-Profit
London | Hybrid | Full-time

We're partnering with a highly respected firm to find a Business Development Manager for their standout Education and Not-for-Profit sectors - a values-led role within a high-performing, collaborative BD team.

The Role
A broad and strategic BD role where you'll lead on:

• Pitches and proposals - particularly across NFP and Education panel appointments.

• Events strategy - delivering high-impact in-person and virtual events for schools, charities, and sector bodies.

• Campaign planning - shaping BD themes and strategy (with marcomms support on delivery).

• Market insight - bringing sector understanding and research to inform smarter BD decisions.

• Internal influence - advising and supporting partners and fee-earners across varied stakeholder groups.

You'll be supported by a strong Senior BDM and a capable Senior Exec (your direct report).

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone credible, composed, and confident working with senior stakeholders. You'll likely be:

• An experienced BD Manager or a strong Senior Exec ready to step up

• Skilled in pitches, events, and sector-focused planning

• A strong communicator with a strategic mindset

• Experienced in legal, professional services, or aligned sectors such as NFP, education, or membership bodies

• Comfortable working within a partnership structure and influencing a range of personalities
