Business Development Executive

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development professional looking to make your mark in a dynamic, international environment?

We are working with a highly respected, specialist law firm with a strong global presence to find a talented Business Development Executive to join their collaborative and ambitious Marketing & BD team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support two of the firm's key sectors and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across six offices worldwide.

The Role

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting business development campaigns, preparing high-quality client-facing materials, and helping to drive new business opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners, and colleagues across jurisdictions, you'll be involved in:

  • Coordinating and preparing tailored pitch proposals, RFPs, and presentations
  • Supporting key client relationship management and cross-selling initiatives
  • Conducting market and client research to inform BD strategy
  • Maintaining and developing marketing collateral and credentials
  • Assisting with legal directory submissions and award entries
  • Supporting CRM and campaign management using Nexl and other tools

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and brings:

  • Experience in a business development or marketing role within a law firm or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
