About You


You have a proven track record in executing marketing and business development strategies within a professional services setting. You are adept at advising and challenging partners and possess a comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, including communications, data analytics, targeted campaigns, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Design and execute targeted business development campaigns, following up with sales efforts.
  • Oversee multi-channel communication campaigns, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Create and refine compelling content, such as articles, reports, and brochures.
  • Assist with bids, tenders, and presentations.
  • Focus on client retention and growth through strategic client care.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage and analyze profit centre data and pipelines.
  • Support internal marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance web and social media presence.
  • Organise and manage events, including webinars.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and share best practices.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in planning and execution.
  • Experience in a professional services firm, ideally in accountancy or law.
  • Confident in persuasion, influence, and collaboration.
  • Energetic and proactive, with a drive to initiate and implement processes.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
